Tuesday, September 10 - Report from the Students

Today in Math we played in the leaves!
We sorted and counted a whole bunch of different colored "leaves" - actually they are rectangular pieces of paper, but we are going to make them in to leaves another day.  Here are some of the facts we have discovered today:

17 and 71

They have the same numbers but they are in a different order.

We can order numbers from the lowest to the highest.

0, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,

The green leaves were the lowest numbers.

The highest green leaf was 21.

The lowest was 0.

In Gym class we played Shark Attack. 

We learned to tag someone safely and run safely as well.

We also learned about Autumn.

We wrote about Autumn as well.

We had FUN!
