Monday, September 9th - Report from the Students

Dear Parents,
Here is what we did today!
We wrote numbers on papers.

We made numbers out of playdough.

The highest number was 112, although we did have another VERY big number which we are working on naming.
There were many neat printers.
We worked on forming our numbers correctly.

We played a dice game where we rolled a dice on the SmartBoard and then we danced, did push ups, did finger dances, hopped, jumping jacks and we did burpees depending on the number we rolled.
We felt good after all that exercise!

We had recess.  We like playing at the park.  We also liked jumping in the puddles.  Thanks to the parents who sent us with rain boots so we could do that!

Today we are bringing home a small paper bag to collect three items to tell stories about ourselves.  The instructions are on the bag!
